The village of Painswick is known as the Queen of the Cotswolds and grew along with the wool trade. Full of traditional stone buildings it stands out from many cotswold villages becuase of its outstanding aspect sitting atop a south facing hill looking over the valley to Sheepscombe.
The Painswick Centre where our workshop is based is a hub for creativity, housing local artists in permanent studios on the ground floor and hosting many classes and local pop up shops.
